Vello is an online variety store built on a simple idea: shopping for the things that make daily life easier shouldn’t mean bouncing between a dozen different websites. Kitchen gadgets, garden gear, pet supplies, tools, toys and the odd clever thing you didn’t know existed — we bring them together under one roof, at prices that make sense.
How we choose what we sell
We don’t list everything we can get our hands on. Every product on this site has to earn its place against three questions:
- Does it actually solve a problem? Novelty wears off. Usefulness doesn’t.
- Is the quality worth the price? We would rather sell fewer things we’d happily own ourselves.
- Can we support it properly? If we can’t stand behind an item when something goes wrong, we don’t stock it.
How we ship
We work with a network of vetted fulfilment partners so we can offer a genuinely broad catalogue without the overhead of a warehouse full of stock we might never sell. That keeps our prices down and our range wide. It also means orders with several items sometimes arrive in more than one parcel — you’ll get tracking for each one.

How we handle problems
Things occasionally go wrong: a parcel gets lost, an item arrives damaged, a product isn’t what someone hoped for. Our position is straightforward. You have 30 days to request a return, we pay return shipping when the fault is ours, and if your order doesn’t turn up we reship it or refund you. No hoops.
