DMCA Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
Vello respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how to notify us of allegedly infringing material on vellostore.store and how we respond.
Reporting alleged copyright infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe material on our site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a direct URL is best;
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Where to send a notice
Designated agent for copyright notices:
Vello — Copyright Agent
330 Avro Ave, Pointe-Claire, Quebec H9R 5W5, Canada
Email: vellosupportteam@vellostore.store (subject line: DMCA Notice)
What we do on receipt
We review every complete notice promptly. Where a claim appears valid we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the party who supplied it. Incomplete notices may be returned to you for the missing information.
Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, postal address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts referred to in our Terms of Service and will accept service of process from the complaining party.
We may restore the material after a reasonable period unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Misrepresentation
Please note that a person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages including costs and legal fees.
Note on jurisdiction
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act is United States legislation. We follow this notice-and-takedown procedure as a matter of policy for all complainants. Canadian rights holders may also use the notice-and-notice regime under the Copyright Act (Canada), and rights holders elsewhere may contact us using the same details above.
