Closed, Lumibook sits on a shelf looking like a slim hardback. Opened, the cover fans out and the pages become a curved panel of warm light, a small piece of theatre that takes about two seconds and never quite stops being satisfying. How far you open it changes both the shape and the spread of the glow, from a narrow reading wedge through to a full circle standing on its own spine.
